The Real Bipolar Conspiracy Revealed

Hi,

How’s it going?

Hope you are doing well.

I wanted to tell you something that
happen to me yesterday.

I got a call from a woman who as crying
and saying that her husband was totally
out of control.

Here’s what happen.

Her husband has bipolar disorder
and is normally a super nice guy. But
when he goes manic, man does he go
manic.

Her husband punched her in the face
the night before.

And that same day he threatened to kill
her.

She was really afraid.

I told her to call the police and to
get away and that he could do something
really bad because he is not in his right
mind. I warned her that until he was on
medication, her life was in danger.

She said she didn’t know how serious
bipolar disorder was. She told me it was
only my site that she found that suggested
it was really seriously. She didn’t know
the importance of medication.

When she asked someone in the hospital
how serious bipolar disorder was, she was
told not really that serious.

Imagine that.

Now that brings us to something…

You know, I have been asked over and
over and over again about some bipolar
conspiracy.

Well, let me tell you about THE REAL
BIPOLAR CONSPIRACY.

People ask me if drug companies are
trying to over medicate those people
with bipolar disorder. If it’s a sort of conspiracy.

I don’t believe this.

I think the real conspiracy (if there is any)
is that very few people tell people with
bipolar disorder how serious the disorder is.

All the people are told is that bipolar
disorder isn’t serious and you have to take
medication for the rest of your lives.
They aren’t told things like that you can
become homicidal or suicidal!

I have spoken to doctors and therapists
that will not take a firm stance on
medication. They tell me, “you can’t
force anyone to do something.” I agree
but you should be firm.

I will always tell people what they need
to hear not what they want to hear. Some
people with bipolar disorder want to hear
they don’t have to take medication but
they need to hear they have to take
medication.

In my courses/systems, too, I have been
told that I’m pretty straightforward, and
I don’t paint a pretty picture. Again,
that’s because I tell people what they
need to hear and not what they want
to hear:

SUPPORTING AN ADULT WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.bipolarsupporter.com/report11

SUPPORTING A CHILD/TEEN WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.bipolarparenting.com

HAVE BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.survivebipolar.net

So is it the drug companies that are
pushing people to take their medication?
Are they trying to over-medicate them?
Is there some kind of conspiracy?

I don’t think so.

Pharmaceutical manufacturers
(drug companies) are making
billions and billions of dollars a
year on selling bipolar medication
alone. Why would they want to
jeopardize that?

They have to answer to the FDA,
the watchtower groups such as
NIMH, NIH, consumer groups, etc.
who hold them accountable.

What do they need with a couple
billion dollars more if it means
losing what they already have?
They just aren’t going to do that
by some kind of bipolar medication
conspiracy – it just isn’t logical.

Medication companies are very
closely watched. They are always
in the news if they do even the
slightest thing wrong.
But the people who underestimate
bipolar disorder and how serious it
is, how it can make you homicidal or
suicidal, and who don’t tell people
who have it that information, there’s
no one watching those people!

Those are the people who we should
be watching, not the drug companies.
The truth about bipolar disorder and
how important it really is to take your
medication should be getting out more
than it is.

If more people knew the real truth
about the disorder, more people would
be more careful about taking care of
themselves and their loved ones, instead
of worrying about some non-existent
drug conspiracy.

Dave

Dealing with Bipolar and want to start home business?

Hi,

I have had a ton of people write me recently about home
businesses and which ones to start. Why? Well bipolar
supporters want to make extra money. People with bipolar
disorder want to make extra money. Since I started
this, I have helped a bunch of people get started
in really cool businesses.

If you have been on my list for a while, you might
remember the plant watching woman. She started a business
watching people’s plants.

Anyway, there are lots of options.

I am not sure if you know it but I have something that
relates to this. It’s called 161 ways to make money
at home.

I am also offering the first 50 people the chance to
get on a call where I answer questions related to
starting a home business or internet business.

If you have any interest, take a look at this page

New bipolar lesson from my mom’s current situation

=>PLEASE FORWARD TO FRIENDS, FAMILY AND LOVED ONES <= Hi, How’s it going?
I hope you are doing well.

I wanted to email you something really
important concerning my other email
that I sent yesterday about my mom.

Let me sum up yesterday’s email.

Basically I said that my mom sent me
an email saying she was feeling signs
of a manic episode coming on. As a result
she immediately called her therapist and
doctor and let them know.

I told you how in the hold days, this would
never happen. Her manic signs would eventually
get worse and worse and worse. Eventually she
would go into a full scale manic episode.

Then I told you how my mom emailed me back
and told me that her doctor changed her
bipolar medication.

After that, I was flooded with emails from
people that said how excited they were that

a) my mom is handling her bipolar disorder
herself.

b) that my system/courses really work.

A person even posted:

“Karen said…
Hi Dave,
You did it, your systems are so complete, you
really do have strategies for all the bipo brings.
I think I have been here like 6 months now and
one time it tricked you- I remember you were
kinda upset- it was a time for a tune up but you
were upset that it snuck up on your mom and you
did not catch it.

When you figured out what was trying to happen
it seemed that bipo insulted you for even tryen.
Your system is that damn good. I was so relieved
when I first received the books I could tell just
by flippen through them that I would be able to
take control, educate myself through your hard work
and the bipo cling on that wanted your mom and
through your wars you did effectively learn how
to kick its ass.

You are one of a kind, I would be most likely in
jail now, by the time they told me, iwas a extreemly
dangerous pissed-off bipo. Karen was gone, I
disasosiated and watched from above, I was
premeditating, playen with guns, had a mark,
target, someone the bipo was stalking, waiting
for the perfect time.

The bipo refused to take meds. I think you emailed
me not sure for how many days- take the meds,
you were like a broken record, finally I did had
an allergic reaction thought i was going to
die but for the first time in my life my brain
started to quite down, wierd, I knew then I
was sick.
Thank you Dave, Karen”

================

Karen’s post on my blog below brings
up several important points.

1. Sometime ago, my mom was stable and
then went unstable and bipolar did get
the best of us.

Here’s is how I stopped that. After
EVERY episode, I did what I call a
PEA. What the heck is a PEA? I call
it a Post episode analysis. I told
my mom these were required and not optional.
She can either work with me or I do
them myself.

I simply sit down with her bipolar
stability equation variables and look
to see which ones were “violated”
or “weak.”

Then I can figure out what potentially
led to the episode. I also look to figure
out what systems broke down or which
ones didn’t exist.

2. Overtime I figured out how to improve
incrementally. Then I took this information
and rebuilt it back into my main courses/
systems below:

SUPPORTING AN ADULT WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.bipolarsupporter.com/report11

SUPPORTING A CHILD/TEEN WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.bipolarparenting.com

HAVE BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.survivebipolar.net

Or in some cases, I built them into a
separate course.

Anyway, I wanted to say something else.

Many people were excited that my mom picked
up the phone and called her therapist and
doctor. The fact the therapist and doctor
acted fast and changed my mom’s treatment
plan.

People were excited. Amazed like me.

Want to know the one thing that I have
learned about this situation? Let me
ask you a question. What could go
wrong?

I want you to think long and hard. This is
a test. Don’t worry I can’t grade you and
send a report card home to you.

Anyway, what’s the one thing that I MUST
watch out for now? What’s the danger?

Think about it and then scroll down…

NO CHEATING. Think then scroll…

Did you think of something? Scroll down….

My mom’s medication and treatment was changed. SO,
even though it was from her doctor and therapist.
It’s possible that this change could, and I repeat
could make things worse. It’s not probable but
it’s possible.

Also, my mom could have a new side effect. My mom
AND dad (I already called and quizzed him, he hates
when I do that especially when I email the results
out to all you guys) are prepared for problems
in this area. My mom is going to report any additional
problems right away in her worksheet that we
have (same on in the bipolar success course above)
and my dad is on standby to monitor any signs
or symptoms or side effects.

He has instructions what to do in the worst
case scenario.

I am out of the picture and only would step
in under an extreme circumstance. In my mom
own mind I run “the worst case scenario.”
Which would be, my mom gets way worse goes
into a totally out of control manic episode
and bipolar just overwhelms my dad. This is
not probable but is possible.

I have a plan if it happens. I am 100%
convinced that I could easily handle the situation
if it did get this bad. I doubt it will but
I have a plan.

Hey, I have to run. Catch you tomorrow.

Your Friend,

Dave

Amazing update on my mom and bipolar disorder

=>PLEASE FORWARD TO FRIENDS, FAMILY AND LOVED ONES <= Hi, How’s it going? I hope you are doing well. I have something to tell you about my mom
today. I have her permission to do
so.

I got an email from my mom…

Subject: Episode

She wrote:

“I wanted you to know that I have had
some symptoms of a manic episode today-
restlessness, lack of appetite etc.”

I thought oh geeze, here we go. I really
wasn’t in the mood to have a bipolar battle.

So then I read on and I was amazed…

She went on to say…

“There is really nothing to worry about
because I have an excellent medical staff
(thanks to you).”

My mom went on to say how she called her
therapist AND doctor. She told them
exactly what was going on.

Her therapist called back immediately
and scheduled for her to come in tomorrow.

Within a couple of hours my mom
wrote me:

Subject: Increase In medication

“She raised me medication and I have
to check in tomorrow. I will be going to
Sandra as well.”

NOTE-Sandra is her therapist.

I was super happy about this. Amazed
quite frankly.

Why?

Well this was the goal of my system that
I set out years ago.

Here’s the deal.

Years ago when my mom had that big major
episode, my dad asked me to help.

I thought to myself, “Mom gets really
sick every X years. I can’t keep dealing
with this. Imagine if I was married. This
is crazy. I am going to figure out what she
has and prevent it once and for all.”

That was my thinking. Notice I used the
word “sick.” But then I didn’t know that
sick equaled bipolar episode. We always
called it “sick” growing up.

Then I discovered exactly what my mom
had.

I then said that I was willing to work
long, hard and take off work for a long
time to help her develop a way to manage
what I learned was bipolar disorder.

I spent almost year figuring this out putting
in an incredible amount of time, energy and
money.

Along the way, I invented strategies to
help her. Ways to find a good doctor. Ways
to find a good therapist. How to solve virtually
all the problems I faced. It took a whole lot of time.

I put all these strategies and tips into
three major courses/systems below:

SUPPORTING AN ADULT WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.bipolarsupporter.com/report11

SUPPORTING A CHILD/TEEN WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.bipolarparenting.com

HAVE BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.survivebipolar.net

I found out there were basically
three groups of people–people with
bipolar disorder, people supporting
adults with bipolar disorder and people
supporting children or teens that’s
why I have three major courses.

I had two major goals when I took
off that year to help my mom.

Want to know what they were?

#1 was to get my mom in a position
that she could manage and control her
bipolar disorder and it wasn’t managing
and controlling her like it did for decades.

#2 was to get my mom in a position where
she was not overly dependent on people
to help her, especially financially.

As of this year, I feel we have reached
these goals.

#1, my mom paid off her massive more than
$30,000 of d.ebt. And she paid it off, by
herself. All by herself using the system
I setup for her. It’s pretty amazing. I remember
when my brother told me, “There is NO way
she will pay off what she owes. Don’t even
waste your time trying to help her.”

Those are harsh words but realistically,
based on my mom’s track record of money
there was little hope. But I setup and invented
a system and my mom stuck to it.

#2, my mom is managing and controlling her
bipolar disorder. Back in the day, these signs
would have turned into a full blown manic bipolar
episode. I would be called in to help and the cycle
would repeat itself.

IN THE OLD DAYS
My mom would not report and signs or symptoms
to anyone. Manic episodes would get worse, and
worse and worse. Then there would be a complete
breakdown. Total destruction.

Today my mom is proactive and she is in control
of her bipolar. I am not a doctor or therapist
but I am 99% certain that this episode will
be controlled and the bipolar will lose this
particular war.

I was talking to my aunt last night remembering
how bad that last episode was. My aunt said, “it’s like
you went to hell and came back.” I said, “yes.”
She then mentioned, “imagine that we didn’t have
these systems in place, imagine another big episode
like years ago.”

I told her how if that happened, and we didn’t have
the systems in place it would ultimately have destroyed
the entire family. There’s something I call the Bipolar
Doomsday Scenario. It’s something that I am actually
going to be talking more about next week. Anyway,
it’s what happens after a person is stable. Something
really bad. Anyway, it was prevented.

I wanted to leave you with some last points. One
set of points to those with bipolar disorder and one
set of points to those who are supporters.

TO THE PERSON WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER

Learn from my mom, when you feel those feelings
and you know what I am talking about. Tell
your therapist, doctor and supporters. Take
action immediately. Don’t wait until you have
to let the episode run it’s course. You can
catch an episode in my opinion before it’s
totally out of control.

TO THE BIPOLAR SUPPORTER
Your goal is so that your loved one can take
control of you’re their bipolar disorder and
manage it. And also that they can become
high functioning.

It’s possible. It takes time but it’s possible.
If you look at some of my older writings versus
today’s story, you can see that my mom has come
a long way. There is hope for you as well.

TO EVERYONE
-Remember a stable person could slowly become
unstable overtime. It’s possible. It’s not guaranteed
but possible. You need systems in place as to
what to do.

-You don’t have to be controlled by bipolar
disorder, you can control and manage it.

I just wanted to pass this along.

I have to run. Catch you tomorrow. I will
keep you posted on what happens but I am
confident that the potential episode will
be controlled and managed.

Your Friend,

Dave

Welcome and truth about Bipolar Episodes and bad friends

=>PLEASE FORWARD TO FRIENDS, FAMILY AND LOVED ONES <=
Hi,

First I wanted to welcome the more
than 2000 people that signed up
to my bipolar newsletter in the last 24 hours.

Welcome to everyone.

Also, I wanted to say a couple of things
about the video on bipolar disorder
that you can get for f.ree below on my
blog.

Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone
know that for now, I want to keep things
simple. I am really simple when it comes
to this tech. stuff. I am not a tech person.

I know a bunch of people gave me ideas
to turn the video into well one that
could be probably in the movies…just
kidding. But, seriously I want to make sure
that I stick with the message and don’t
overly focus on spending so much time
on making it look fancy. I am not fancy
myself 🙂

You would laugh at all the comments
I got. Some were exact opposites.

“You sound sooo young.”

“You sounded so much older than I
thought you were.

“Your video is too long.”

“Your video is so short…why?”

“Your video broke my monitor”
(I have no idea how this is possible :))

“We should try to get your video in
the movies”
(I can assure you, this will not happen.)

Here’s the deal. This stuff takes a long time
to put together. I don’t think people realize
this. The reason why people don’t do
what I am doing is either they don’t have
the time, energy or money. It takes a lot
of all of this.

If you want to see the view, visit
my blog below and look for it.

Anyway, I wanted to jump into today’s
topic.

Today’s subject is a touchy one, so I’ll
tell you that up front.

It’s about how people in a manic episode
tend to choose the wrong people to
surround themselves with (negative or
toxic people) when they are in that
episode, and it comes back to
hurt them and their families.

If you remember way back—a long
time ago, someone who works for
me named Michele Soloway had
this situation.

Anyway, also, remember before when I’ve
told you about Michele and how
she taught her children about picking
the right friends by using this
equation:

If you are a 10 and they are a 2,
and you hang out with them, you are
not going to bring them up to an 8,
they are going to bring you down to
a 4!

So that’s what I’m talking about here.
It’s hard for a supporter to watch their
loved one go into a manic episode…
they get all outgoing and such (whether
that is their normal behavior or behavior
caused by the bipolar disorder)… and
the next thing you know, their loved one
is hanging around with these people…

…and the supporter KNOWS that these
people are bad for her loved one, but he
just uses excuses, or defends his “new
friends”… because he can’t see how
they are bad for him.

That can be so frustrating for the
supporter, because her loved one
just won’t listen to her, and she doesn’t
want to get into a fight with her loved
one, but she doesn’t know what else to do!

She just has to silently stand by and
watch her loved one be hurt by these
people – maybe they are just
negative people and will bring her
loved one down, and that’s not as
bad as what some will do –

some will take advantage of their “new
friend” (the person in the manic
episode) and possibly use them for
their money, etc. But still the one in
the episode will defend them!

In my courses and systems, I teach
not only about how to deal with your
loved one when they are in an episode,
but also what to do when they won’t
listen to you:

SUPPORTING AN ADULT WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.bipolarsupporter.com/report11

SUPPORTING A CHILD/TEEN WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.bipolarparenting.com

HAVE BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.survivebipolar.net

It’s very difficult in this situation to
get your loved one to listen to you.

For example (true story):
Michele’s mom has bipolar disorder,
just like my mom. Michele spent hours
with her mom, working out a routine for
her. Her mom was doing great on her
routine. Until she met Mary.

Mary became close friends with Michele’s
Mom. But she decided that Michele’s
Mom didn’t need her routine any more,
so guess who Michele’s mom listened to?

Well, after awhile, Mary kind of
floated away from Michele’s mom,
and Michele’s mom went into a
mini-episode, most likely caused
by the fact that she had no routine
to cling to, like she had before.

Do you see the important point
that I’m making here? No one is
saying that people with bipolar
disorder shouldn’t have friends.
But only that they should be VERY
particular in who they choose for
friends.

In fact, to you people with bipolar,
I would trust my supporter with
this one – if your supporter thinks
that maybe there is something wrong
with your new friend, I would think
twice about it.

Just a suggestion – don’t throw stones
at me or anything!

I will tell you this as a p.s. –
Michele’s mom sure learned her
lesson about choosing her friends more
carefully. And now she sticks to her
routine, too!
Okay, well I have to run.

Want to hear something interesting. I have a person
that works for me that use to have 6 different personalities.

This person is incredibly smart. This person’s personalities
consolidated into one personality and now the person has
bipolar disorder as well.

The person is super smart, very creative, a great worker
and able to take complex problems and immediately simplify
them.

The person has extreme attention to detail as well. It’s pretty
amazing. Who would have thought that I would find such
a person.

I am actually going to try to get the person to do an interview
of what it is like to have so many different personalities.

Anyway, I have to run. Catch you tomorrow.

Your friend,

Dave

Free Video For Bipolar Supporters

Hi,

How’s it going?

I have some great news.

I have a new f.ree video for
bipolar supporters.

I have been working on this for
a while. It’s been a major pain
in the rear end. I had to buy
all this software to make it. Then
read a book on it. Then ask my super
smart computer nerd friends to help
me out.

Then I had a problem with it playing
and finally I got it fixed.

You can take a look here.

Please allow some time to load and
make sure you hit the play button.

I hope you enjoy it. I worked really
hard on it.

Key truths about stability and bipolar disorder

=>PLEASE FORWARD TO FRIENDS, FAMILY AND LOVED ONES <= Hi,
How’s it going?

I wanted to write you a quick
email about something that happen
to me the other day.

Well, if you remember about 6 weeks
ago or so, I was telling you how
I was trying to gain 6 pounds.

No matter what I did, I couldn’t
gain six pounds–I was even eating
a TON (of healthy stuff of course).

Anyway, since I body build NON competitively–
that is, I don’t go in competitions only do
it as a hobby, I needed to gain weight.

I weigh myself about 45 times a year, Saturday
Morning at about 10:30am EST on the same regulated
and certified scale. You probably are
wondering why it’s such a specific day and time.
Well it’s to keep it consistent.

Anyway, each Saturday I would get
on the scale only to find that I either lost
a little weight or didn’t gain even a pound.

Finally I figured out the problem after about
6 weeks. I needed to eat about 71 extra grams
of low glycemic carbs.

When you body build either competitively
or non competitively, power lift, enter in strong
man competitions etc.:

-It takes time to learn what you have to eat
-It takes time to learn how to train
-It takes time to figure out how to reach
your goals.

These are 3 key truths.

What does this have to do with bipolar disorder?
There’s a super important lesson that does.

I got an email from a bipolar supporter
that said:

“David,

I need your help. My wife is not stable. I can’t
take it anymore. She screams and screams. She
is totally out of control. It’s been a couple of
months and it’s not getting better. I don’t trust
these doctors. They don’t care at all. What should
we do. It’s been so long. The doctors are no
help.”
-Stan

Then I got to thinking about Stan. Here’s the
deal that I have seen with bipolar disorder.

First, let me note that I am NOT a doctor,
lawyer, insurance agent and I am NOT offering
medical or legal advice.

Okay with that said, there are some keys
to stability that I have observed.

Key Truth #1:

-You need a good to great doctor.
Most people don’t shop for a doctor. Don’t
put a lot of effort into finding one. Don’t
even realize there are choices and options.

Key Truth #2:

-It takes time for even a good to great
doctor to figure out the correct combination
of medication or medications.
In today’s day and age, people want instant
answers, results and success. I have found
that this doesn’t happen with bipolar disorder
generally. Finding the right medication, according
to doctors, is an art not a science.

Key Truth #3:

-You have to work with the doctor and not
against him/her.
There’s no questions there are a bunch of
bad doctors out there. However I find in most
cases people think it’s the doctor, it’s really
the family is not working with the doctor–most
of the time, it’s the bipolar supporters that
aren’t working with the doctor, giving him/her
all the information they need. Also, the bipolar
supporter must take the lead and not let the patient
be in charge especially when he/she is not stable.

Key Truth #4:

-You have to have a positive attitude if
you are a bipolar supporter and not turn negative.
I have found many bipolar supporters who have
such difficult they become super negative and that
negatively winds up spilling over to their loved one
and ultimately it worsens the situation.

I talk about other key truths. There are some that
are super important that most people just don’t realize.
I gave you a few today.

I think Stan doesn’t realize the above 4 key
truths. This is why he is super frustrated. I think
if Stan realizes the key truths, it will start becoming
easier for him to deal with this wife’s bipolar disorder.

Ask yourself today, how many of these key truths
have you gone against or believe in? I bet if you’ve
gone against most of them, you’ve had a lot of problems
dealing with bipolar disorder and vice versa.

Let me know your thoughts. I actually have to take
off right now.

I’ll catch you tomorrow.

Daylight saving time, “little things” and bipolar disorder shocker

=>PLEASE FORWARD TO FRIENDS, FAMILY AND LOVED ONES <= Hi, How’s it going? I hope you are doing really well. I must say, I am DEAD TIRED. Why?
Because number #1, I was working until
about 1:30am last night.

#2, someone called me and was like,
“hey did you know it’s daylight saving time?”

I was like, “oh no, say it isn’t so.”

The person like, “yep, dude. that sucks.”

So then I am so mad about the fact that
the clock is going forward. Since I was
mad, I couldn’t even go to sleep because
well I was mad that I was losing an hour
so then I rushed to go to bed but couldn’t
fall asleep because I was thinking about
the fact how it was unfair that I was losing
an hour. Isn’t that dumb???

Anyway, then I was like, “I have to send
a daily email on this and bipolar disorder
to warn people.”

First, daylight saving time CAN affect a person
with bipolar disorder? How well it’s a change
and a change can affect someone with bipolar
disorder possibility. For my mom, it does NOT
affect her. But for another person who works
for me it does affect them but they have a counter.

This person always goes to bed 1.5 hours earlier
and stays in bed 1 hour later. She says this
solves the problem. She learned if she doesn’t
do this, it can push her into a manic episode.

First you might be wondering why and what daylight
saving time is. It’s when in the fall, the clock moves
back and in the spring it move forward 1 hour. I have
no idea why it does. It’s been explained to me 1000
times. Okay that’s an exaggeration sorry. Maybe it’s
been explained 2 or 3 times. The concept didn’t
make sense to me.

Secondly, you probably want to know why it CAN (operative
word) affect a person with bipolar disorder.

Well I am NOT a doctor, lawyer, insurance agent, therapist
or offering any medical or legal advice BUT, here’s what
I think.

The bottom line is with bipolar disorder, little things
can make a big difference. If there is a time change, a
little thing, and a person gets less sleep and never gets
right back to the right pattern of sleep, this little thing
can act as like a butterfly effect, causing a manic
episode. What the heck do I mean?

Well here’s what I mean. If the time springs forward or moves
up a hour, that means there is more light in the day. It gets
darker later. This could, and I repeat affect someone’s
entire pattern until the get use to it. If they don’t it’s
possible it could affect a person with bipolar disorder. Not
everyone but some people. I have seen and heard it.

But the most important lesson here is, little things can
make a huge difference with bipolar disorder.

In my courses/systems below:

SUPPORTING AN ADULT WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.bipolarsupporter.com/report11

SUPPORTING A CHILD/TEEN WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER?

HAVE BIPOLAR DISORDER?

I talk about all the little things that can
and probably will affect a person with bipolar
disorder. It’s a huge deal.

If you are a bipolar supporter you need to be
aware of these things. If you have bipolar disorder,
you need to learn these things.

Let me give you some examples with my mom. My mom can’t
watch tv right until she goes to bed. She can’t eat
sugary food. She must avoid reading negative news repeatedly
in the newspaper. These might sound odd but we have
learned about these “little things” over a period of time.

My mom never knew that little things could made a big
difference with bipolar disorder. No one really told
her. I was the one who explained it to her. NOTE-again
I am not a doctor.

Now in my courses/systems, I have taken a whole bunch of people
little things and consolidated it so the person going through
my courses/systems can find out what possibly could be
a problem.

But the big lesson here is to know that it’s possible.

There are many people on my list that have had the
smallest things have a big impact with bipolar disorder.

If you have a story, please share.

Hey, I have to run. I have to head to the gym. I
wonder if my friends will show on time? There is a
99% chance they will NOT.

I have to run. Oh wait, I forgot to tell you some
things.

Before I go…

I almost have the video problem that I am having
figured out. That’s the video that I am putting
out on bipolar disorder that doesn’t work sometimes.

Anyway, I almost have it solved. I will let you know

I am also going to be sending out other f.ree stuff
over the coming weeks.

Anyway, have to run. Let me know about either you
or your loved one’s experience with “little things”
and bipolar disorder. Thanks.

Your Friend,

Dave

Free Book Reminder, 10 tips to goal setting with bipolar

=>PLEASE FORWARD TO FRIENDS, FAMILY AND LOVED ONES <= Hi, Hey, what’s new? I wanted to remind you to get my new
book you can get for f.ree titled:

An Overview of Mental Disorders

To get it, please visit:
http://www.bipolarcentral.com/overview_of_mental_disorders/

Also feel free to forward it to friends
and family members.

Can you believe someone complained
about me giving away my book?

I got a random phone call (no idea
how this person got my number), and
he said that my book ruined his printer
and that he couldn’t believe that I put
a book online that was so many pages.

Amazing. And he was a bipolar supporter
according to his rambling message.
That’s really annoying.

Okay, I wanted to resend the email from
the other day that I messaged up with.

It was on goal setting and here it is…

Let me ask you a question:

What’s the difference between a dream
and a goal?

Goal setting usually involves writing down
your goals, and breaking them down into
long term goals and short term goals, and
then working toward them.

However, goal setting is more than just
scribbling some ideas down on a piece of
Paper. Goals need to be complete and
focused, much like a road map.

In my courses/systems, I go over
specifically how to set goals, but I’ll
give you some suggestions here.

HAVE BIPOLAR DISORDER?

http://www.survivebipolar.net

1.Make sure your goals are things you really
want, and not just something that sounds
good.

2.One goal can’t contradict any of your
other goals.

3.Develop goals that will enrich all areas
of your life.

4.Write positive goals.

5.Write out your goals in complete
detail.

6. Make sure your goals are realistic
goals.

7.Make sure your goals are high
enough.

8.Review your goals often to remind
yourself of them.

9.Make sure you set both long term
goals and short term goals.

10.Break down your long term goals
into shorter, attainable short term
goals.

If you follow these 10 simple, but
attainable suggestions, you will
find success in meeting your goals.

Your dreams will be your dreams no
matter what. And those, you don’t
have to write down.

Never give up your dreams, and
someday, they will be yours.

Okay that was the message I was suppose
to send the other day. As you may have heard
in another message. I messed up the message
and actually sent half of another message that
I sent before the New Year. Again sorry.

Well I am going to take off and head to the gym.
I think I might actually go to the movies tonight.
I am not sure. I have tons of work to do today
however.

I’ll catch you tomorrow.

Have a great day.

Your Friend,

Dave
