The Key To Bipolar Disorder Stability Revealed

==>>Help with ALL aspects of bipolar disorder<<==

http://www.bipolarcentral.com/catalog.asp

Hi,

How’s it going?

Yesterday I asked everyone what leads to stability
with bipolar disorder. People had some great
answers.

I must say that I have thought long AND hard
about this for probably 1000 hours.

I do a ton of cardio sometimes 6 days a week
so I have a whole lot of time to think about
stuff like this.

I am going to tell you what I think the answer
is and it’s different from what most people
think.

BUT before I do, I want to tell you about my
meetings and conference yesterday. I am
super excited about everything.

I must say, like normal going to New York
was a nightmare. I left late. Can never
figure out the trains. Get lost. Get confused.
People cut me off when I am driving. I am
NOT a city person. I live in the “boonies”
or the woods. I am going to post some
pictures soon.

My friends say that where I live is totally
confusing because there are no maps
but I love it. I am not a traffic, tons of people
city type of person. Many of my friends
are.

Anyway, I have so much good news. Yesterday
was a GREAT day. I have
so many new ideas to take this to the next level.

Like I said, I had several meeting with people who are going to
be very helpful to me.

Here are some of my plans:

-Translating some of my material into Spanish.
I have had probably a 1000 people ask and I said
NO. Why? I was worried that I couldn’t handle it.
I found someone who can. And he gave me a complete
plan on how to do it.

-Releasing 3 new totally FREE books on
bipolar disorder. I am actually
going to setup a new website call
www.bipolarcentral.com/freestuff
(note this is not up yet)

-I am going to be giving away more stuff. I want
to setup one place that you can always check
to see what I am giving away instead of you
having to check a whole bunch of stuff.

NOTE-Don’t think this is going to be junk.
These things are going to be for sale BUT if
you are on my online mailing list, you can get them
totally free…I promise. No strings attached.

This is coming out in January. I really would like to
rush to get it before Christmas because I would
like to do something nice for everyone for Christmas.
I am going to try really hard but I see it being
January. I’ll do my best.

-I have this new idea. It’s a great idea that someone
with bipolar disorder gave me. She is a very successful
person that has to keep her bipolar a secret. I respect
that. Unfortunately the world we live in is not accepting
sometimes. Anyway, her idea is GREAT. It’s going
to involve me hiring 1 person with bipolar disorder,
1 person with schizophrenia and 1 person with
paranoid personality disorder. These people should
obviously be in treatment, stable AND very creative.

I will be sending more details in January.

-We will be releasing a new program called
How to get Free and low cost medication AND
treatment for bipolar disorder.

This will be totally 100% free. This is an
incredible idea. BUT to make this work, I am
going to need about 12 to 15 volunteers to
go through the program. The people will have to be
spread out in the USA. So a few from the north
east, a few from the south, a few from the west,
etc.

After we get it down in the USA, we will roll out
to the entire rest of the world. After we roll out to the
rest of the world, we are going to translate it into
Spanish as well.

This program will be launching around in February.
I am REALLY going to need help by having people
agree to be part of the “test program.” If you see an
email looking for people to participate, if you can,
please fill out the application or forward to people
you know. I MUST have test people before I can
totally roll it out.

Remember this program is going to be TOTALLY
Free no cost. It’s going to be truly incredible. It’s
going to cost me a ton to setup but I don’t care. Why?
Well it’s going to help thousands of people all over
the world.

Okay that’s it.

Hey one more thing. Last night I had to volunteer
at a bipolar disorder support group. I am going
to give you a recap of what I learned on Saturday.
Tomorrow is the bipolar news so I can’t do it
then.

Okay, let’s talk about what I wrote yesterday
which was, “What makes someone stable
with bipolar disorder?”

Here’s the deal. People said bipolar medications.
People said routine. People said several things.
They were GREAT answers.

I just take it a little deeper. What do I mean? I feel
that the answers given are after one key thing
happening.

Right now, I want you to take your best guess?
What causes a person to be stable and not
look like they have bipolar disorder?

Guess then scroll down.

NO Cheating. Guess first, then scroll….

Okay, here is what I think. A burring desire to be
stable and belief that stability is possible.

I have thought long and hard about this. Success
with bipolar disorder starts with the person determined
to be stable and successful and having a burning
desire to make this happen.

When I look at ALL the success stories, and all
the people with bipolar disorder that work for me
and my mom, I see this:

Each person had a burning determination to be
stable and successful. From this determination,
the person did what it took to be stable and
successful.

I have seen the best doctors, the best therapists,
the best bipolar medications fail with certain people.
At first when I looked into this. Doctors called these
people “treatment resistant.”

When I delved deeper, I found these people
lacked the burning desire to be stable and successful
and the lacked the belief it was possible.

I have been doing this for several years.
I have over 160,000 sign ups to my newsletter,
have over 5000 testimonials submitted,
#1 site in the world for bipolar disorder,
I have been volunteering for 3 years now,
I have many people who are friends and work
for me with bipolar disorder. With that said,
talk to a lot of people with bipolar disorder.

I have seen people over the last three years
that were deemed unable to be helped and
now are a major success. They are totally
stable. Doing well when before their live
was a nightmare. Why?

They changed their mindset like I talked about
above.

NOW you might be thinking, “Dave that sounds
great but bipolar disorder is a mood disorder,
if a person is not in his/her mind, how can
he/she think like you say?” Good question.

Here’s the deal. I know that when a person
is in an episode he/she has trouble thinking
correctly. I am talking about after a person is
on some kind of medication when they
are at least somewhat stable. I am not
referring to people who are not stable.

100% of the success stories with bipolar disorder
all made a decision to be stable and successful
and that was the turning point in their lives.
They had a burning desire to be stable and
were committed and believed.

Instability actually starts when a person
is stable. That might sound crazy but think
about it. Generally when a person goes
unstable it’s decisions made when they are
stable. Think long and hard about that one.

I have often said, “the greatest medication
in the world can NOT help someone who
is determined to be unstable and unsuccessful
with bipolar disorder.”

I know it’s a little confusing. It’s kind of
hard for me to explain here.

I actually have to take off now. Read what
I wrote a couple of times. Think about it.

Write me on my blog if you agree or disagree.
If you have bipolar disorder, post some comments
on what I am saying.

I have to take off. Tomorrow I am sending out
the bipolar news.

Catch you later. Have a great day!

Hi,

How’s it going?

Hey I have to leave super early in the morning so
I had to send this tonight for tomorrow morning.

I was thinking about something today related
to bipolar disorder.

Oh before I tell you that, I have something
funny. If you read my blog, there is a person
that wrote she basically was “appalled
at me.” because of a daily email I wrote
about a lady Carol who wrote me a comment.

If you missed this email, check my blog below
to read it.

If you saw that, what the person who wrote doesn’t
understand is Carol and I have had a whole lot
of email conversations and she admitted to me
that she is not creating a bipolar friendly
environment for her loved one.

Anyway, everyone who has bipolar disorder
who works for me read this woman’s comments.
Even one of my programmers who is from Russia.

He wrote something funny. He said, “David, why
you let someone write bad things about you
on your own site. In my country you can’t write
bad things about someone on his property?”

I don’t know why but that was so funny. I guess
it’s called Freedom of speech. I was kind of
shocked the person was all mad at me. No one else
was and I didn’t get any hate mail or death
threats like I do sometimes. Strange.

Okay on today’s topic which I have
talked about before.

I have several people who work for me who have
bipolar disorder, and I always brag about them,
about how you would never know that they
have the disorder, unless they told you.

Of course, I live in New Jersey, and they
live in other places, all over the map. But I
was wondering about what they look like in
person. I mean, not their looks, but whether
in person, that you can or can’t tell that they
have bipolar disorder.

So that made me think about you and your
loved ones. If there’s almost 11 million people
with bipolar disorder, chances are you know
more than just your loved one with the
disorder. Can you tell or can you NOT tell
just by looking, if someone has bipolar disorder
or not?

Interesting question, don’t you think?

See, what made me think about it, too, was
the many emails I’ve gotten from people like
you, asking me about whether “it” is the
bipolar or the loved one, and about whether
they are “faking” it or not. That’s been a real
big issue, according to the emails and calls
I’ve gotten.

So I give it to you. What do you think?
What has been your experience? Can you
tell just by looking, if your loved one
has bipolar disorder or not? If so, what
is it about their behavior that gives them
away?

For those of you who can’t tell, what is
it about your loved one’s behavior
that is different, that doesn’t give them
away?

I talk about what makes a person stable versus
unstable. Stable people do NOT look like
they have bipolar disorder.

It’s really strange but so many people
write me and say they just want to be
stable but they never do half the things
that lead to stability.

Even bipolar supporters don’t even promote
things that lead to stability.

It confuses me.

I want to know what you think. What do
you think creates stability and a situation
where people can NOT tell someone has
bipolar disorder?

Well, I have to go to bed, but I’m looking forward
to hearing from you!

Dave

Hi,

How’s it going?

I am actually running really late today.

I had to do Tuesday and Wednesday’s
workout this morning because I am
going to a meeting tomorrow in NYC–
it’s all day.

I have to make this quick, but
I wanted to tell you something really
important today related to bipolar
disorder.

I was coaching someone yesterday on
situations with bipolar disorder and
it was going well. We came up with
strategies for all kinds of things,
managing money, finding a good doctor
and therapist, etc. The person wanted
to talk about one pressing problem
he was having.

He just couldn’t understand why in the
world his loved one with bipolar
disorder was denying she had
it.

He said, “if she would just except it,
we could get this thing under control.”

Let me give you a little background.
This person’s wife was only diagnosed
about 6 months ago so she is still
“newly diagnosed.”

There is a super important lesson
for bipolar supporters that I am
going to tell you.

Before I tell you, I want you to look
at this too.

I got an email from someone that said:

“My boyfriend is driving me crazy. I have
been with him 3 years. For two years he
was okay and then he got sick or went
into one of those episodes you talk about.
We found out he has bipolar disorder and
he doesn’t believe it. He wants to go
to other doctors. I tell him he acts
crazy and he should accept it. What can
I do, Dave?”
-Carol

The first thing I want you to do
is this.

Come up with your top 2 reasons
why you think someone with bipolar
disorder would deny it.

Please take a few minutes to really
think. Then scroll down.

SCROLL NO cheating. Think first 🙂

SCROLL

Okay we’re back.

Do you have your top 2 reasons?

Okay great.

Well I want every supporter to do
something.

Imagine for a second that YOU the
bipolar supporter were said to have
bipolar disorder. Close your eyes
for a second and imagine this. What
would you do?

Think long and hard.

Take a few seconds and then scroll down.

So how would you feel?

I have to be totally honest with
you. I have sincere compassion for those
that have bipolar disorder that don’t
accept their illness at first?

Why? Am I out of my mind? Well it’s
because I look at it through their
eyes.

I have thought to myself, if I was
said to have a “mental illness” called
“bipolar disorder” and I was different
from everyone else and people would think
of my differently would I be super
excited to accept it or would I hope
and pray it wasn’t true?

Would I fight the diagnosis? Would
I be hoping and praying it wasn’t true?

Just like when something bad is about to
happen, you hope and pray that it doesn’t

I think that many bipolar supporters have
to cut people with bipolar disorder a little
slack and understand why there is some denial
of the disorder.

We aren’t in a society where people with
bipolar disorder are praised, honored,
talked positively about, etc (except in
my company where I actively go out and
hire people with bipolar disorder and
other mental illnesses because I believe
people like this are smarter, more creative
and a tremendous asset to a business).

Look at Carol above and how she kind
of talked about her loved one. “He
acts crazy and should accept it.”
That’s negative don’t you think? Would
you want to accept bipolar around Carol?
No offense Carol but it seems you are
being really harsh and maybe that’s why
he is not so accepting.

So I do understand why someone would be in
denial. NOW, I am not saying
that it’s good not to accept that you have
bipolar disorder, rather I am saying
I understand why some are in denial.

In my courses/systems below:

SUPPORTING AN ADULT WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.bipolarsupporter.com/report11

SUPPORTING A CHILD/TEEN WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.bipolarparenting.com

HAVE BIPOLAR DISORDER?
Visit:
http://www.survivebipolar.net

virtually all the people who were successful
with bipolar disorder at first denied they
had it.

Why? Well for all the reasons I talked about.

However, it wasn’t until they actually accepted
their illness did they become successful and
able to manage the disorder.

If you are a bipolar supporter there’s a ton
of things you can do to help your loved one
accept the diagnosis. Too many to list here
but I will list some.

-Talk positively about bipolar disorder

-Share success stories with your loved one

-Watch your negative self talk about bipolar
disorder

-Believe in your loved one

-Stop being uncomfortable with your loved one’s
bipolar disorder

-Learn all you can about the disorder

-Believe in your soul that your loved one can be
super successful and control it

-Believe that you can beat the disorder instead of
it beating you.

If you read this email, I hope you can understand
why someone would be in bipolar denial. When
I am working with people that have this situation
I almost always find that the person with the disorder
is either newly diagnosed OR their environment is not
“bipolar friendly” so as a result the person goes
into denial mode.

Does this make sense? It should. If you ask anyone
with bipolar disorder, I am sure 100% would agree
with what I said about denial.

If you ask a loved one who is stable and doing okay
about what I just wrote you, I am sure they will
agree.

Try it. Say to your loved one, “Hi, I was reading
this crazy guy David Oliver’s blog and his mother
has bipolar disorder. Anyway, he said that the
reason why many people deny the disorder is
because society is hard on people with bipolar
disorder and not accepting. Do you think he is
right?”

This is a good way to get the conversation going.

I included this conversation starter because
of this situation in the gym. This is kind of funny.
This kid never can go out on a date. This other
older kid said, “go out and ask someone out.”

He wanted a “conversation starter.” The other kid
gave him two and guess what? It worked.

Kind of funny. Anyway, I have to run. Read what
I said and think about it.

Tomorrow I am going to be sending the daily email
much earlier because I have to take off and
go to New York City super early.

Oh and by the way, if you want more information
on my coaching program visit:
http://www.bipolarcentral.com/bipolarcoaching/unlimited.asp

Also, people have been emailing me if they can have
coaching on starting a business in this bipolar
coaching and the answer is yes. I actually really
like this kind of coaching.

The only thing that I do not coach on is medical
or legal questions. Remember, and I know people say
I always say this, I am NOT a doctor, therapist,
lawyer or other kind of professional. I do NOT offer
medical or legal advice.

Hey I have to run. Catch you early tomorrow morning.
Have a great day.

Your Friend,

Dave

Major Secret to bipolar success and success in general revealed

Hi,

How’s it going?

Hope you are doing well.

Boy I sure did eat a lot over the last couple of days
but it’s good because I have lost 9 pounds and I do
NOT want to. I am actually under my target weight
so I am going to try to gain weight over the next month
or so.

Well enough with that.

I wanted to talk about something that’s a major
secret to bipolar success and success in general.

It’s something that has taken me a long time
to figure out.

It’s something that has helped me tremendously.

It’s something that helped my mom tremendously.

It’s something that has helped so many people
but people don’t really talk about it.

What is it? It’s called personal coaching.

I have been mentioning this over the last
few days.

I totally believe in personal coaching. I
actually have hired and used many coaches.

Right now I have 6 coaches. I think some
people think that I figure it all out myself.

My mom has 4 coaches. It might sound odd
but coaching is the way to cut down on
how long it takes to reach a goal.

Here is an article that I wrote that talks
about the benefits of coaching. Take a look:

Benefits of Personal Coaching

Personal Coaching is a general term that is used in
the specific fields of: business, executive, life,
career, and interpersonal relationships. It is also
used to differentiate this coaching process from the
more popular type of sports coaching; although, both
Personal Coaching and sports coaching do have the
same origin, and are similar in many ways.

Personal Coaching involves more of a relationship,
however, than does sports coaching, and is defined
and designed in a relationship agreement between a
coach and their client. This relationship is based
on the client’s expressed personal interests, goals,
and objectives.

Personal Coaching is a learning process. The Personal
Coach can use reflection, inquiry, requests and/or
discussion as ways to help the client identify
his/her business, personal, and relationship goals.
Then they can develop strategies and form action plans
intended to achieve those goals.

A Personal Coach provides a way for clients to be
held accountable to themselves, which benefits the
client by monitoring their progress towards the
success of their action plans. Together, the coach
and their client implement and modify the plan as
they go, working with what best suits the client’s
needs – business, executive, life, and career – as
well as dating and interpersonal relationships.

A Personal Coach acts as a “human mirror” for clients
by sharing an objective, unbiased, outside perspective
on what they are observing about their clients.
For example, a Personal Coach can teach specific
skills and insights which can empower the client
to reach their personal goals. Finally, a Personal
Coach can encourage the client to celebrate the
achievement of those goals.

Clients are the ones who are responsible for their
own achievements and successes. The Personal Coach
may assist, but it is the client who actually takes
action; and although the Personal Coach is in the
role of assistant, he/she never does more than the
client. Therefore, a coach cannot and does not
promise that a client will attain specific goals
or perform any specific action – they can/will only
coach them towards the achievement of those specific
actions or goals.

Personal Coaching is not therapy or counseling.
However, the client may see other mental health
professionals to meet their needs through those
specific methods, if necessary. The Personal
Coach recognizes his/her limitations, and will
refer the client for other professional services
as is ethically required.

many told me that the feel like when
they are reading the documents or listening
to the audios, I am talking directly to
them.

The reason is, I worked hard to put it
all together and I know what you need
to learn when dealing with bipolar
disorder so the fact that you feel
the material is in harmony with you
is no surprise.

The reason why I am starting a coaching
program is because so many people said
that they wanted to get my courses/systems
and also work one on one with me.

I have met a whole lot of people that
have a great doctor, therapist and coach.
For the most part it’s a life coach.

I have only heard of one coach that specially
deals with bipolar disorder. I guess I will
be the second one 🙂

Like I have said, I didn’t have a structured
program so I always said no.

At 5:00pm EST today, I am going to be launching
my program. Unfortunately I can only take 20
people. I don’t have any more time than that.
This way I can do a super great job with
a limited number of people.

I had a few coaches a while back that had
to many clients and really never were
able to focus on me. I don’t want my program
to be like that.

The other thing that I find with bipolar
disorder is that it kind of paralyzes people.
It causes them to be almost stuck doing
the same old thing over and over and over
again. For YEARS. I look at my dad. He seriously
got stuck for years. He really should have gotten
a coach or outsider to give him some advice.
He agrees with me today about this.

It’s interesting. My mom totally believes in coaching
and my dad kind of does. My dad is a believe in doing
it all himself and figuring it all out himself
which doesn’t make much sense to me.

If you are wondering what coaches my mom
has, I will tell you. She has a coach for
computers. A coach for working out. A job
coach and I am her coach as well.

Recently I have been kind of amazed how many
super successful people I know that had coaches.
Whether it’s in weight training, computers, going
to college, dance, bipolar disorder, business,
fishing, photography, etc, I know one or more
people getting coached.

I really find that people that want to figure
it all out themselves wind up never really reaching
their goals. It’s sad but true.

Anyway, if you want to work one on one with me,
for non medical and non legal coaching, please
check your email at 5:00pm today and read
about my program. Just remember I am limiting
it to only 20 people.

The details on the cost and how it works will
be on the page later today.

Hey I have to run, catch you tomorrow.

Dave

Ever make this huge bipolar mistake?

Hi,

How’s it going?

I almost made a huge mistake yesterday.

This mistake relates completely to
bipolar disorder and there’s an
important lesson.

Let me tell you the story.

Yesterday I got up in the morning
super early to go to the gym.

It was really, really, really cold.

I got in my car and turned it on.
Then I heard a beep starting. I was like
“what’s that?”

I saw this thing on the dash board. It’s
a thing I have never seen. I thought maybe
the car was cold and it would go away.

After a few minutes, it didn’t not.

It was really annoying. Then I was like
“Geeze, I have to get the manual.”

But I decided to NOT do it until
I went into and go out of the gym.

I have to allow one hour to eat
after I do cardio so I figured I would
fool around with the car and then
afterwards eat.

After I worked out, I got in the
car and how to find the manual in the
glove compartment box.

I looked at it. Then I saw that
the thing or signal was for
“tires low in air.”

I was wondering, “How could that
happen.”

So then I was like, well maybe the
signal will go away. Maybe it’s
wrong. What could be the worst
that could happen.

So I thought about it.

Then I decided to go and get
it checked out at a gas
station.

I went to one. They wouldn’t check
my air. Since I didn’t want to or
trust that I would know how to do
it myself, I moved one to someone else.

I found one quickly and he said, “man,
your tires are really low…You could have
really messed up your car if you kept
driving.”

I was like “oh.” So I got some air
and moved one and now my car is fine.

Then I was thinking how people with
bipolar disorder see signs and do
NOTHING at all.

-They don’t call the doctor
-They don’t call the therapist
-They don’t think about what would happen if
an episode occurred

They just do nothing and wait. A earlier
sign turns into a nightmare.

This is the course that most people take.
It’s sad but true.

With my dad, he did this for so many decades.
He told me he would see my mom was going into
an episode but never take any action. Just hope
it would be okay. It almost never was.

99% of the time it’s much easier to deal with
an episode sooner rather than later. When you
see signs, you have to take action.

I talk about all the things that go along
with handling bipolar episodes. There’s way
too much to type out here.

Anyway, this is a great lesson. Think long
and hard about bipolar disorder. How many
bipolar episodes have you seen signs
for and done nothing and they turned into
super episodes and you could have caught it?

It amazes me how doctors don’t really stress
this with bipolar disorder. BOTH bipolar
supporters AND bipolar survivors MUST
take action when the signs are seen.

You can’t just put it off like we did
in our family for so many years.

Well I have to take off. Don’t forget to
on Monday evening I am sending out information
on my coaching program. Check your email at 5:00pm
EST.

Talk to you tomorrow.

Amazing bipolar lesson from Greek man

Hi,

How’s it going? I sure did eat a TON on
Thanksgiving. I mean a ton. So much
that I feel like I don’t need to eat for a
week.

I actually went to another Thanksgiving
yesterday. I have another big meal
tonight but I am probably going
to have very little.

The one I went to yesterday was with a friend
that had around 20 people.

One of the guys there was really interesting.
He was Greek and almost 70 years old.

He had a very interesting lesson that
we can use for Bipolar Disorder.

I sat next to him and he told me a whole
lot of things of what it was like to only
have a 6th grade education and come to
America and earn a living.

Today he is a successful business person
that owns several restaurants.

I was fascinated how someone who was
not formerly trained could learn how
to run a super successful restaurant
one. Actually not one but more than one.

I started to ask him “the secrets.”

Before would told me, he asked me what
I did and I told him about the bipolar
organization but I didn’t
think he knew what bipolar was.

He spoke with a heavy accent so I wasn’t
sure if I was really making sense to him.

He was one of the few people that really
didn’t say “hey I know what bipolar
disorder is.”

EVERYONE else that was there did. It was
amazing. Actually one girl their had
bipolar disorder.

He asked what it was. I tried
to explain calling it a “mental illness.”

He sort of got it.

I asked him if he was ever online.

He said, “no.”

He never uses a computer or the internet
so he doesn’t know about all this stuff.

So we got to talking about how he
learned how to run his restaurant businesses
and he told me.

He basically learned from a mentor
or other Greek people that taught
him and then he told me the key to
his success. Continued learning
from “hands on experience.”

He said he made many mistakes in
the beginning but he said, “I always
sat down and thought ‘what did
I learn?’ when a mistake was made”.

He told me how people spend
years learning about the restaurant
business. He said many never go
into the business because they
are “getting ready.”

He said he wasn’t against “book smarts”
but “experience beats studying in
a book.”

I told him how I teach people dealing
with a mental illness from practical
and real world experience.

I was telling how with bipolar
disorder the reason why people can
ask me the strangest most difficult
questions and I generally have an answer.

He asked “why?” I said because I have
practical experience either with my mom,
someone I was coaching or someone who
works for me with bipolar disorder.

He said to me, “very good.” That’s “very
smart.” He went on to say “text books
don’t work people do.”

It’s kind of funny. He had all these
“one liners.”

He provided a super great lesson for bipolar
disorder.

I got to thinking about why my material
is the way it is.

Meaning, my material is based on real
world experience and things people are
doing.

If you look at the courses/systems below:

HAVE BIPOLAR DISORDER?

You will notice that ANYTHING that
is said or recommended comes from
experience or from people who are dealing
with a certain issue.

When I first got started, I noticed that
so many of the books that I read where
based on theory and written by people
who didn’t have bipolar disorder
OR never ever supported someone with
bipolar disorder.

There was only ONE book at the
time that was good and fully of practical
experience. I am actually working to
interview this doctor through a new
coaching program that I am setting up
and get it so he will answer questions.

Anyway, for some reason I totally related to
this guy on what it takes to be successful
whether you are a bipolar supporter or
bipolar survivor.

Being mentored by someone who has been
there AND practical experience as he
put it.

AND he said over and over that you
will make mistakes but you have to
learn from them.

This is the same with bipolar disorder.

It’s amazing to me how many people don’t
learn from mistakes or past bipolar
episodes.

Remember I always talk about the PEA.

QUIZ

What’s a PEA? Scroll down for the answer..

NO CHEATING

SCROLL DOWN

PEA is post episode analysis.

Anytime you have a bipolar episode, you
simply make sure that you sit down and try
to figure out what caused the episode.

Generally you overlap you or your loved
one’s bipolar stability equation that
I talk about my courses/systems.

You figure out what went wrong. People
love to believe stability with bipolar
disorder is like a lottery.

Well I have to take off and head over
to the gym.

Catch you tomorrow.

Oh, one more thing. I am going to be sending
out a message about my new coaching
program Monday afternoon. I am only
taking 20 people in this program. It’s
personal one on one coaching with me.

I have gotten many people for years
asking about me coaching them but I never
had a systematic program.

I have been coaching both bipolar supporters
and bipolar survivors for years now but with
no structured program. I do a lot locally
with people that I have met over the years
but many people want over the phone coaching.

Now I will have a program that allows a certain
number of one on one calls and also questions
via email. This of course will all be for NON
medical and NON legal coaching because I am
NOT a doctor, lawyer, therapist or other
kind of professional.

I can coach on a ton of other things. I will
have a website that describes it all Monday
afternoon.

Actually I have been coaching someone on
starting a simple business because she
has bipolar disorder and needs to increase
her income. Together we came up with her
teaching older people how to setup their
technology like ipods. She thought it
was “crazy.”

I told her people would pay for this
service. There’s no question about it.

I actually did the marketing material for
her as well since I am good at marketing :).

I am really excited because she has several
clients and she will easily be able to make $400
a month following my marketing plan.

She is going to do some classes I coached her
on so she should get up to her goal of an
e.xtra $800 a month.

I really enjoy coaching in this area and
many other areas related to bipolar disorder
like finding a doctor, dealing with the
episodes, making plans with money, etc.

Okay well make sure you check your email
at 5:00pm EST on this Monday.

Well I have to run. Catch you later.

Interested in Christianity And Bipolar Disorder?

Hi,

I have some good news for the many people who
have asked me for resources related to
Christianity and Bipolar Disorder.

I have gotten many requests over the last
two years but I really didn’t have a resource
to point people to. Now I do. It’s actually
by Michele Soloway and everyone that has
gotten a copy loves it.

If you have an interest, please visit:
