These emails are encouraging to me. I get so resentful sometimes by the choas caused by my loved one that is bi-polar and has substance abuse issues so just hearing of ways to handle these things makes me feel better and not so alone.
Is there a book or cd I can purchase
my husband is 56 years old and he
has been in denial that he has bipolar.
