David I have a hate, hate, like, really don’t like relationship with your newsletters. Not you personally.
I am Bi Polar and been on tons of meds that don’t work oh they keep Mania at bay but the side effects are always outweighing any benefit. I have tried most of the meds available to me. I have to discontinue the lithium I have been on since 2007. Anyway to get back to todays news I read the article on Newhopes fight with the Crown in Canada. I did alote of research today. With or without my Doctor’s ok I am going to try Micronutrient therapy and ween off the Lithium. Thanks for the link
How can I be a supporter to someone who needs me when I am on the edge of stability, myself? What if I cannot cope with the demands and stress put upon me? I will fail myself and the person who needs me. I fear depression and the suicidal thoughts and actions which follow. I am frightened, feeling so alone. I worry about being by myself, without the help of others. I know I am not strong enough for this responsibility. I am scared what is going to happen and I feel that it is inevitable.
