  1. Dear David,

I am struggling to recover on my own and due to the current economic state and affirmitive action in SOuth Africa, the market is tough and getting tougher. I am in the middle of a major crisis and as much as I beleive your program would assist me. I just cannot afford it right now. I am struggling to save my house and my life as I know it. Do you have any guide , help assistance you can give me that won’t require money rigt now?

As soon as I can pay some bills I will lovingly invest in your programme, but I need to get to where I can even think about that first.

    Please help!

  2. Hi Dave,

Thank you for your email today, I really enjoyed the content and can completely relate to what you are saying, I have been through this whole process, a journey, if you like. It began with reading the famous book by Louise Hay. I make daily positive affirmations about things I would like to change in my life and for my family and guess what, these changes have happened! I even created my job as a Mental Health professional and trainer. I am now more confident, decisive and creative. I am lucky with love and money and I am happy and very well.

It is such a powerful act you can do for yourself. With a diagnosis of Bi-polar I have struggled in the early years and now life is so much easier. I have made lots of changes to my life, some drastic, but they are worth it as I stay well and do not take any medication, and haven’t for years!

I am currently attending a creative writing course, with a view to writing a book about my experiences and self-management. I wandered if you had any research to evidence how sufferers with Bi-polar have managed to stay well without the use of medication, but through self-management alone? It would be so helpful and relevant to the book I intend on writing.

I would also like to say what a fantastic job you do, and how it must be a wonderful support to those who receive your news etc. Well done, and keep up the good work. It is sad that it is not professionals who are willing to put time and effort in to communicating with service users on this level.

Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you soon,
