An Addendum,
Please note an error in the script written rather late at night on December 11th, 08, regarding a UK success story.

To Dr Rodger Garrick-Steele: Lithium is a prescription drug only a psychiatrist, I was on it for over a year. I found your story very interesting. The devils claw. I went back to my clinic for the first time in 6mts after getting very annoyed with psychiatrists getting a different one everytime you go to the clinic doesnt help either. About a month ago i started taken st johns wort and at the clinic the other day i was told the mental health here in Ireland dont recognize it yet its on private prescription you cant buy it over the counter my gp though cant give you a script for lithium.
When i left the clinic i really didnt know if i done the rite thing by going back. And the one thing i found I find is Doctors and Psychiatrists alike must get a commission for promoting certain drugs. I would like to find a doctor that thinks alternative medicine can help bipolar. I’m very anti drugs and it doesnt help me with the whole bipolar issue.
The conclusion i came to the other day after the clinic was if i want their help i have to stop taking the st john wort( they have me a little high says the doc) and go back on the lithium.
