I agree wholeheartedly with your responses. I and three of my kids were diagnosed with bipolar disorder years ago in Kentucky, then we moved to Vermont and suddenly we are all better. We now have what they call “situational depression”. How stupid is that? I think they refuse to diagnose mental disorders because they want to report the lowest on the national scale, but in my opinion, everyone I’ve ever met here has Bipolar disorder and just haven’t recognized it as such. This state needs mental help desperately. Unfortunately, they will never get it because they refuse to admit it.
