The article on diet is very worthwhile. I think it is extremely important to stick to a very basic diet as described, simple, “grandmother’s” food without extremes of one thing or another. The gluten-free diet is excellent, with many other grains available to take its place. Processed foods, sugar, sometimes dairy, can mimic many problems related to digestive/intestinal problems, and to brain fog and depression, etc. High on the list, in my opinion, is yeast, found in breads, wine, beer, etc., which can be a factor in the issue of mental health. Diet is of extreme importance!
