Appreciate the links for the different bipolar studies.
Do people with bi polar tend to lash out at the people closest to them, such as parents. Also my adult bi polar child tells blatant lies. I don’t know how to respond. Does he believe what he’s saying or is he just a liar?
I AGREE WITH LAUREN; ONLY THIS WASN’T BIPOLAR — I HAD A FRIEND WHO GOT ‘BEAT UP” ON THE JOB AND WHEN HE WOULD GO HOME, HE’D TAKE IT OUT ON THE ONE THAT WAS CLOSEST TO HIM BECAUSE HE COULDN’T CONFRONT THE ONE THAT REALLY HURT HIM AND IN THIS CASE IT WAS AN ELDER PARENT….I’M THE PERFECT ADULT CHILD, I WOULD NEVER DO THAT BUT I CERTAINLY TO UNDERSTAND ‘TRANSFERRENCE’.
