Regarding the nightmare article, there are some very efective treatments emerging. One of our faculty is completing final stages of a replication study on applying the techniques to post traumatic nightmares. H The basic techniques she is using have been shown safe and effective beyond chance for general nightmares and therapists are starting to learn to apply them effectively.
My 14 year old was having trouble dealing with his diagnosis of bi polar disorder it wasn’t until I enrolled him in aprivate school.
