I was in the hospital ER again today (for the fourth time in a month). I got the same psych evaluator again. I told him, in great detail, my ‘plan.’ I suppose he did not believe me. I counted backwards from 100 in increments of seven, I spelled WORLD backwards and I was deemed sane. I am OK! I am not suicidal! I am just a little bit depressed. hmmmmm.
