How’s it going? I don’t have much time today because
I have to run. In the middle of moving, yesterday
I got a call on my cell
phone from someone who got one of my courses
and she said she was amazed how much f.ree information
she got on bipolar medications using a very simple
technique in my course.<\/p>\n
It’s so simple that I can explain it in this
email easily.<\/p>\n
How do you get f.ree information on bipolar
medications? The answer is by calling
the toll f.ree number of the manufacturer
or the medication or going to the drug
company’s website. <\/p>\n
You’ll find tons of f.ree information
and almost the side effects that one may
experience.<\/p>\n
Here are some other places you can get information
on bipolar medications.<\/p>\n
-From your doctor
-The manufacturer of the bipolar medication’s website.
So, each medication is made by someone. That person
will have f.ree information on the medication on their
website and might even have an entire website devoted
to the bipolar medication. <\/p>\n
IMPORTANT NOTE<\/p>\n
If you are bad at internet research, simply
ask a friend, a person at the library or a smart
kid to help you. You can go to stores like staples
and they are filled with smart kids who you can
ask internet research questions about and they
will show you. They have lots of smart kids. I know
many people who just go to a local staples and
get f.ree help over there.<\/p>\n
-Toll f.ree phone number of manufacturer. Most of
the drug companies have toll f.ree numbers and
you can call and talk to real live human beings
who actually know what they are talking about.
Check your bottle, check the drug company’s website,
and you’ll find this phone number.<\/p>\n
-From resources that are written in hard copy
in the library. Go to a big library, ask the
reference librarian to help you find credible
information on the medications you are looking
into. Stress you need it to be credible.
-SOME and I stress SOME websites online.<\/p>\n
WARNING!<\/p>\n
Watch out for information you get on the internet
or bipolar supporter groups in reference to
medications. Most of it’s wrong, or not totally
correct. I especially hear lots of incorrect information
disseminated from local support groups. How do I know?
I have been volunteering at several for 2.5 years now,
so I know.<\/p>\n
Also be careful of what you hear from people reporting
side effects. Many people often exaggerate what
the side effects really are because they hate
medication and want to suggest it’s super
bad. It’s not. Medication is the key to bipolar
disorder. Period. No ifs, ands or buts.<\/p>\n
Now after you get all this f.ree information, make
sure you have system to reduce side effects.

with your doctor when you or your loved one
has side effects. Don’t hide anything. Report
EVERYTHING to your doctor. AND, after you
get your f.ree information on you or your
loved one’s medication, you then know what
side effects to look for and report.<\/p>\n
Right now, take the time to go and get some
f.ree information on you or your loved one’s
bipolar medication. It’s totally f.ree so
you have nothing to lose. Do this today
and don’t wait.<\/p>\n
