Gifting Programs<br \/>or clubs are a scam.<\/p>\n<p>Period. <\/p>\n<p>I know I am going to get flooded with <br \/>hate mail telling me that what I said<br \/>is not true or this certain gifting<br \/>program is totally legitimate.<\/p>\n<p>Let me tell you. A gifting program is<br \/>a pyramid scheme and in The United States<br \/>and virtually every where in the world,<br \/>they are NOT and I repeat NOT legal.<\/p>\n<p>Many people dealing with bipolar disorder<br \/>get caught up in these programs because<br \/>they look and sound good.<\/p>\n<p>Everything in my guide is on the up and<br \/>up. I don&#8217;t promote scams or illegal things.<\/p>\n<p>Let me post something really quick from<br \/>the SEC&#8217;s website which is a government regulatory<br \/>agency, about pyramid schemes:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In the classic &#8220;pyramid&#8221; scheme, participants <br \/>attempt to make money solely by recruiting new <br \/>participants into the program. The hallmark of <br \/>these schemes is the promise of sky-high returns <br \/>in a short period of time for doing nothing other <br \/>than handing over your money and getting others <br \/>to do the same.<\/p>\n<p>The fraudsters behind a pyramid scheme may go to <br \/>great lengths to make the program look like a <br \/>legitimate multi level marketing program. But <br \/>despite their claims to have legitimate products <br \/>or services to sell, these fraudsters simply use <br \/>money coming in from new recruits to pay off early <br \/>stage i.nvestors. But eventually the pyramid will<br \/>collapse. At some point the schemes get too big, <br \/>the promoter cannot raise enough money from new <br \/>investors to pay earlier investors, and many <br \/>people lose their money.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t believe me go to google.com<br \/>run a search for &#8220;scam&#8221; and gifting club<br \/>and you&#8217;ll see what I mean.
