{"id":2267,"date":"2009-10-27T08:30:52","date_gmt":"2009-10-27T12:30:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bipolarcentral.com\/bipolarsupporterblog\/?p=2267"},"modified":"2009-10-27T08:30:52","modified_gmt":"2009-10-27T12:30:52","slug":"bipolar-supporter-are-you-sane-or-insane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.bipolarsupporter.com\/bipolarsupporterblog\/bipolar-supporter-are-you-sane-or-insane\/","title":{"rendered":"Bipolar Supporter, Are You Sane or Insane?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi,<\/p>\n<p>How are you today?<\/p>\n<p>I hope you&#8217;re having a great day!<\/p>\n<p>I was thinking about this saying I&#8217;ve heard before, though I don&#8217;t know who originally said it.<\/p>\n<p>It says:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Insanity is doing the same thing<\/p>\n<p>over and over again expecting<\/p>\n<p>different results.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I want you to think about that.<\/p>\n<p>Because I want you to answer:<\/p>\n<p>Are you sane or insane?<\/p>\n<p>In other words, do you keep doing the same things over and over again, thinking that maybe<\/p>\n<p>this time they&#8217;ll work?<\/p>\n<p>Do you keep making the same mistakes over and over again?<\/p>\n<p>And each time expect your loved one to respond differently.<\/p>\n<p>If you are doing that, then technically you follow the expression, and you are insane!<\/p>\n<p>The good news is, you can change things!<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re doing something for your loved one and no matter how many times you&#8217;ve done<\/p>\n<p>it, it hasn&#8217;t worked, you need to try something new.<\/p>\n<p>For example, if during their manic episodes, they blow all the money in the checking<\/p>\n<p>account\u2026<\/p>\n<p>And each time you &#8220;forgive and forget,&#8221;
