=>PLEASE FORWARD TO FRIENDS, FAMILY AND LOVED ONES <=\n\nHi,\n\nI hope you're having a good day.\n\nHave you noticed how many Rent-to-Own \nplaces there are these days?\n\nIt seems like there's practically one on every \ncorner!\n\nOk, here's how it works.\n\nIt's sort of like layaway, except that it ends \nup that you pay a whole lot more money!\n\nSay you want a big screen TV.\n\nWell, who can afford one right now?\n\nTimes are really tough financially for \neveryone right now.\n\nSo they offer you one at a really good deal.\n\nThey offer you one at a really good price.\n\nNo money down, even!\n\nAnd they let you pay it in INSTALLMENTS.\n\nSo it sounds like a good deal, because you \ndon't have to pay for the TV all at once, \nwhich you can't afford to do.\n\nSo you agree on how much you're going to pay \neach week (or sometimes each month in some \nplaces), and you pay for the TV on the installment \nplan.\n\nWell, there's a bipolar installment plan, too.\n\nYou don't get to have stability right up front.\n\nJust like you don't have all the cash up front \nto buy that big screen TV all at one time, you \ndon't have the resources to get stable all at \none time, either.\n\nSo you reach stability in installments.\n\nThe first installment you make is that you listen \nto your doctor and psychiatrist and do what they \nsay to do, which is to go on medication.\n\nThe next installment you make is that you take \nthat medication, faithfully, every day, every \ntime you're supposed to take it.\n\n\nIn my courses\/systems, I stress the need for \ntaking medication in order to get stable with \nbipolar disorder.\n\nWithout medication, there is no hope for stability, \nthat's how important it is.\n\n NEW\nLEARN THE SECRETS OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL WITH \nBIPOLAR DISORDER?\nhttp:\/\/www.bipolarsupporter.com\/bipolarmastersystem\/<\/a><\/p>\n

\n\u2022\tJoin a church (or other spiritual place)
\n\u2022\tGo to a bipolar support group
\n\u2022\tBe productive
\n\u2022\tStart a hobby
\n\u2022\tCommunicate with your supporter
\n\u2022\tDon’t neglect your supporter
\n\u2022\tHelp your supporter help you
\n\u2022\tWatch out for triggers
\n\u2022\tWatch for signs and symptoms
\n\u2022\tStay close to family
\n\u2022\tStay in touch with extended family
\n\u2022\tHave friends and a social life
\n\u2022\t(maybe) work a part-time job
\n\u2022\t(maybe) start a home business
\n\u2022\tVolunteer
\n\u2022\tHelp others
\n\u2022\tDo things you enjoy
\n\u2022\tKeep stress to a minimum
\n\u2022\tDon’t forget to relax
\n\u2022\tBe independent (as much as you can)
\n\u2022\tKeep learning about bipolar disorder
\n\u2022\tEducate others about bipolar
\n\u2022\tSelf-manage your disorder
\n\u2022\tEtc.
\nThere are several other ways to make
\n“installments” toward management of
\nyour bipolar disorder.<\/p>\n

Any installment you make toward your
\nbipolar disorder will lead toward greater
\nstability.<\/p>\n

And the more stable you are, the less
\nepisodes you will have, and the more
\ntime you will have to spend having a
\ngood, productive, successful, happy life.<\/p>\n
